Character Feedback

Feedback

  • Hair too matte, needs anisotropic reflection

  • Can have specular reflection for colour tint

  • Stick to metalness and roughness

  • Can use specular where necessary

  • Fix skull shape behind ear

  • Hue shift in hakama; top down with yellow

  • Add pink to face (lips/nose), toes, ears

  • Stronger shading on forhead

  • Add more details in hand texture

  • Cuticle and fingers wrinkles

  • Use face colour theory to add life to character

  • Make sure reflections are done correctly

  • Fix floating feathers

  • Tidy up edges

  • Get to polish sooner and need to work faster, working at a leisurely pace when I need to speed up

  • Working faster allows more time to act on feedback and really refine the character

  • For next character make sure to allign high poly and low poly better

  • For hand-in: beaty shots, link to online viewer, all materials with names taken as a screenshot from the windows viewer (large thumbnails)
