Character's young age was mentioned
Would she have all these accomplishments at that age?
Already done a young female, this one might be interesting to go into late thirties
which is old for that time

Old sculptures weren't necessarily how the people looked then
Just a popular sculpting style
May be interesting to imitate, but may not look realistic
The representation in sculpture was very soft-featured
Soft jaw/brow etc.
Ref paint-over cool; looks like a real person
Tuck the back of the ear in unless it's being hidden with hair
How long am I giving myself for this character?
Do I still plan to do 5 character this year?
Adjusted time sounds sensible, but don't use it as an excuse to dawdle
Concepting the clothing later sounds like a good idea
Will I paint over the nude base?
It seems good, as long as it is freely iterative early on, and I don't get locked into something very "meh"
Could be really cool to have elegant flowing stuff with tight armour underneath
But be careful it makes sense
She wouldn't have enormous shoulder pads while her torso is unguarded

Have a more solid idea of the armour and continue to refine the base sculpt.
