Decimated mesh for baking (destructive process)
Need to go through mesh and delete what won't be seen, cut down tri-count where needed
If you can't see through wireframe, the mesh density is too high
Rigid rig on shoulder plates
Consider how close the character is going to be to the screen/ where the camera would be and optimise topology accordingly
Never split by smooting groups when on the same UV island
